Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. We offer free worldwide express delivery on orders over AU$500 (or equivalent in other currencies based on provider's i.e. Shopify exchange rate).

For orders under AU$500 (or equivalent in other currencies based on provider's i.e. Shopify exchange rate), the delivery cost is AU$45 flat rate for all countries. All shipments are delivered via Express post.

Orders over AU$500 will enjoy a complementary EXPRESS delivery WORLDWIDE as a thank you for supporting a sustainable, female-led, small business.

For all orders under AU$500, shipping rate will be at a flat rate of AU$45.

Please contact hello@mnkatelier.co for all returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept them after 14 days.

All items must be returned in their original, undamaged, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags still attached, packed in original packaging carefully before sending back to our warehouse. We will not accept returns that have shown signs of wear. 

For all returns and exchanges, the shipping cost will be borne by you (the customers) with your chosen courier. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Original shipping cost will not be refunded by MNK Atelier. All exchanges or refund will incur a restocking fee of AU$15 or equivalent.

Exchange can only be made once.

All orders are processed on the same day before cut-off time. If an order is made after, it will fall onto the next business day to process. Once processed, we aim to ship them on the same business day.

Once your product has been shipped, it usually takes 2 to 7 business days to Europe, the UK, Australia and the US, 2 to 5 business days in Asia and 2 to 10 days for the rest of the world.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number.

Once your order is placed, it will automatically be sent to our warehouse for processing. Once order is synced with our warehouse system, we can no longer make any changes or cancellations unfortunately. To ensure efficiency, all orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse by FedEx, DHL or SF Express in most cases depending on the delivery location. Please contact hello@mnkatelier.co if you would like to arrange a specific courier service or for other related enquiries.

All prices displayed on our website exclude duties and taxes. Unfortunately any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees will be responsible by you (the customer).

All care information can be found on the care label of each garment.

At MNK Atelier, we highly recommend you to follow our care label instructions, spot clean, minimise washing and take care of your garments. This will help extend the product life and in turn keep the garments for as long as you can.

To extend the product life, we recommend to always wash by hand and minimise the use of both washer and dryer. Remember to always use a wash bag and delicate settings for machine washing. If you are washing using a washer, please make sure to wash with like colours. Prolonged exposure to a strong light source (sun or artificial light) may alter the colour of the fabrics over time.

For all knitwear, do not hang while wet, always dry flat. Spot cleaning and minimise washing are recommended. We also recommend storing them folded instead of hanging to avoid knitwear from lengthening or stretched over time.

Our cut & sewn woven fabrics are sourced and made in Japan. All our garments are ethically made in China. We work with small manufacturing facilities specialised in crafting high quality garments.
